The D-pillar kinda reminds me of late 60's Dodge Coronet wagons (and its mopar twins ) and perhaps early 60's Impala wagons. I need examine this further.

Yeah, I just don’t know about what trims were available so this 69 has more of a vinyl interior and the other has carpet. I thought the key would probably be that molded corner interior panel. But the metal strips across the headliner are like these.

Another good possibility could be the last gen IH Travelall. Weatherstripping seems just right and other details seem to match too.
